It is an advanced polycarboxylate ether-based superplasticizer developed to have high early strength ideally suited for the precast industry where the highest early strength and shorter setting time are demanded. The mixing amount is between 200~450kg/1000L water to make KZJpoint RA8206 (ready-to-use polycarboxylate superplasticizer for precast concrete). The usual dosage is 0.5~2.0% over cementitious material weight and a preliminary test according to the concrete mix design are always required before use. KZJpoint 811A does not contain any added chlorides, alkali and sodium sulfates, no corrosive to steel.

KZJpoint 811A is liquid type and can be available in 20GP Flexitank container packing or 1000L IBS Tanks packing.It contains no corrosive and flammable ingredients. It should be stored in well-ventilated and dry warehouse without sunlight and rain.
It is non-toxic, non-irritative, non-radioactive, non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive, and can be transported as common chemical product. It is safe for use by taking standard precautions regulated in the construction industry, such as use of hand gloves, safety goggles, etc. Once splashed in eyes or skin, wash immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
